Save money with MOL Products
Begin by calculating your course savings by using MOL Products and eliminating one aerification using this worksheet: One Aerification/Lost Revenue vs. I-MOL Worksheet. Gary further explains this and provides actual sample results in the text below.
BUDGETING:
You're at the time of year to start thinking of next year's budget and what you can do to improve your golf course and try to save some money along the way.
Do you really want to save some money along with improving turf conditions, providing more days with less disruption to play and playing surfaces, providing less stress on the turf and particularly to yourself? If so, you need to consider using MOL Products..
I may be selling now, but I have spent my entire life on a golf course either as a superintendent, building golf courses, and/or as an architect, and many times all three at once. Additionally, for my entire life I have been trying to figure out how to make today easier than yesterday and how to save more money today than I spent yesterday. Are you interested?
FACT: The use of MOL products will do all of the above for you.
>> What if you could eliminate your fall aerification? How much more revenue would you bring in from green fees and/or guest rounds? How much would you save in labor?
>> What if you didn't have to aerify fairways but once every 3 years or only 6 fairways per season (3 fairways in the spring and 3 fairways in the fall)? How much could you save in labor, repairs, fuel, and overtime? HOW HAPPY WOULD YOUR MEMBERS AND GUESTS BE?
>> What if all you had to do was deep slice or solid tine to relieve compaction and then spray to achieve thatch reduction and control? How much could you save?
>> What if less fertilizer was required because nutrients are given back to the plant and soil from the decomposition of the organic matter (thatch) and you could begin to save $10,000.00 - $20,000.00 dollars on your fertilizer budget?
>> What if through the reduction of thatch less wetting agents were required, say 50% - 75% less? How much could you save?
>> What if a healthy turf required less amounts of fungicides when you sprayed? How much could you save?
>> What if you used a product to achieve all of the above and once you reached your desired level of thatch, you required less of that product to maintain that level resulting in even more savings by purchasing less product? How much could you save?
All of the above IS possible. I have seen and experienced it myself, along with all of the superintendents who have joined us for our seminars.
There is another way, an easier way. Maintenance that disturbs the golf course less, can add rounds, save money, and provide great playing surfaces that require less maintenance.
The use of MOL Products has proven this on many courses around the country and many new customers have come aboard this over the past few years. Just look at the feedback page for confirmation.
